Box 4h - have to include your engraving as maker, this is new. (Even says so right on the form)

I mailed my first submission to the chief of WSP, who then scanned it and emailed it to my sheriff. Sheriff tried telling me I had to resubmit and list them as CLEO, I ignored it. I followed the federal and state laws. Even though the federal law says Chief of WSP is acceptable for CLEO notification- they dont know what they're doing.

There's a spot on fingerprint cards that asks for "Signature of person fingerprinted" I didn't sign mine, but wont know for awhile if they'll accept them.

Can't think of much else.

Thanks for the additional information and please post any updates (good or bad) on your submission as your Form 1 works it way though the process.

The fingerprint cards you just sign again if you took your own prints and in the address you write, self and your address a second time.
