An adapter would be your best option, as threading the barrel can be fairly labor intensive due to the disassembly of the pistol. CZ Custom, http://czcustom.com/cz-scorpion-evo-3-s1.html, makes a couple different ones, as well as a threaded barrel.

Getting the barrel nut off is not fun, but not impossible. Here is what mine will look like shortly.

Mine is 3 lugged with a manticore arms adapter, works well. If you need a 1/2x28 adapter I have an extra laying in the safe.
