Check out West Coast Armory in Bellevue if you can make it over I-90.  I'm the manager of WCA's indoor shooting range, Bellevue Gun Club.  I'm biased, but I think we run a really good organization.  The range is membership-based, just so you're aware.  But any of my staff would be glad to show you around if you'd like a tour.

+2 for West Coast. Tons of eye candy in display cases and along the walls. Great friendly people that work their also. The range is great and clean, and they have a huge selection of rental guns to choose from.

Wades too, though the selection is as good as the prices are high.

As others have said West Coast Armory or Rainer Arms depending on where in the Seattle area you are headed to.

Agreed about Ranier and West Coast.  WCA is a first class outfit.  It does seem like the prices are creeping up a bit - catering to the Microsoft crowd probably...  The range is well run, safe, well ventilated... To the poster above who is the range manager... you do a good job attracting and retaining good people.

Green Lake really isn't downtown.

West Coast Armory.

Excellent Range and their pro shop has a nice selection of all the things.

I bought a gun or two at Federal Way Discount Guns back when they were in their little shop.  Is their newer location any good?

It's okay but nothing like the old shop. Towards the end, it was awesome to grab some Señor Taco and load up before buying something I did not really need. I miss that old shop.

Now, they're going in a million different directions and I feel they lost some of that gritty Moe glaring at you to buy something so you can get the fuck out.

Still would rather shop there before ever buying anything at Surplus A&A. Even with going to UW-T and parking a street over from their store 4 days a week.

Thanks!  Finding the right RSOs is critical, and I'm glad that the work pays off.

This.  And, if you're here on a Friday join us for Rifle League. IM me and I'll bring whatever equipment you lack.

Also check out Adventure Sports in Lynnwood. The only place I've heard the phrase ".17 HMR double over/under"
