Definitely a weird way to start the day. I teach a computer class at the New Market Skills Center in Tumwater. I have students from several of the school districts in the area.

Had a couple of students come in this morning saying they were on the bus at NTHS when the shooting started. The bus driver just pulled out and came over to NMSC. My students were kind of freaked out and upset that some of their classmates were left behind.

I hopped on broadcastify.com to listen to the scanner traffic. Got in just in time to hear the paramedic report, "no patients at the school" which calmed everyone down.
