I can't seem to find it in the regs.  Is a red dot or other battery powered optic ok to hunt big game with during modern firearm season?

Red dots, Acogs, and illuminated reticles are fine.  Laser range finders are fine.  

Laser sights no.  Night vision, no.  IR laser isn't visible to your or me without the use of an IR scope.

No spotlighting coyotes in units open for deer and elk in September-November.
