I don't know if he is still at this location:
Daniel W Cowen Riflesmith
(206) 227-9280
Location:

224 Wells Ave S
Renton, WA. 98057

Or there is another location (do a text search) here as of  2014:
https://www.atf.gov/sites/default/files/assets/ffls-2014-february/0214-ffl-list-washington.txt

Dan is a true old-school riflesmith (lathe work, I think  he has some Bridgeport machine tools) and the 1903 Springfield is his passion.

Anyone have CAR work on C&R weapons?

I have a K98K that I want re barreled and chambered in 30-06, with a WWII scope installed after a botched attempt by someone else.

Fred at CaR took care of my canted front sight.

Best bet would be to email him or call him with what you want done and see what he says.
