Is the better chance to convince freedom-haters-lite to vote for 591 or can we gamble on touting "vote them both down!"

At this stage, I think pro 591 is where our efforts are best spent. I give I-594 a 95%+ chance to pass, our best bet is that I-591 neutralizes it, or I-594 gets tossed out in court.

We need 591 to beat 594 in the courts since I don't see 594 failing but will keeping fight the good fight!
