I hope you're not too surprised by the hypocrisy, corruption, and dishonor demonstrated by those paid to "protect and serve". I'm certain there may even be a few officers who are disgusted by their newest role to fleece and plunder. But it seems the majority of them are content to risk their lives as tax collectors.
My outrage is the blatant audacity of having a tax collector in the sky. Somehow I don't feel even the slightest bit safer... |

I think "Protect and Serve" has largely been replaced by "Intimidate, Dominate, and Generate revenue".

A Blonde chick was speeding in her Jag XK-8 convertible and got pulled over by a Policewoman, who also happened to be a Blonde.
The blonde Cop asked to see the Blonde driver's drivers license. She dug through her purse, and was getting progressively more agitated. "What does it look like?", she asked. The Cop replied "it's square with your picture on it". The Blonde Driver finally found a small square hand mirror, looked at it, and handed it to the Cop. "Here it is", she said. The Blonde Officer looked at the mirror, then handed it back saying, "OK, you can go, I didn't realize you were a Cop". |
