Not that I know of, I'm sure there's a way for them to force you to.





It's all a big joke anyways, about 75%+ of it goes in a landfill.

In Seattle proper, there are more stringent statutes - and they may be more aimed at businesses, I can't recall.

I think the other way they get at you is to charge you more for garbage service and offer a rebate on the recycling...  I moved.

In Kirkland we have recycle bins along with one for garbage and another for "food waste/yard waste".
