Here's two positive one's we can support.
Lift the semi-auto ban. It's a disgrace that 48 states allow hunting with a semi-auto rifles and PA does not. On what other gun related law can New Jersey, New York, California, and Hawaii all say they have a better gun law and more freedom. HB 366 Lift the semiauto hunting ban Constitutional Carry, and require a 14 day turn around on the now voluntary optional carry permit for reciprocity purposes, instead of the current 45 days. This how the crap started in NYS. Fight like hell now.. As soon as they get a foot hold its all down hill from there.

I agree.
"not a step back....." Gun control is a loser issue for the democrats. Expect them to push it only at times away from elections, and using mouthpieces within their party that are untouchable in their districts. In the meantime we need to keep going back to the courts to continue knocking down the rest of the pins set up by Heller. |

Called my rep about this bill yesterday. We'll need to be very careful next mid-term election that we keep our majorities in the house and senate to prevent Wolf and his cronies from doing any damage to PA firearm law.
