My layers aren't producing much anymore and I'm way to busy with my new job to slaughter/can them all.

So, if anyone lives near South-Central PA and wants 30+ aging hens and four roosters, say the word! (3 are Rhode Island Reds, the fourth is a feisty black/gray Bantam). They're 3 1/2 years old and a mix of RI Reds, Brown Leghorns and Dominiques.

You'll need to come get 'em, though, cuz I traded my truck on a sedan and have no way to move them.

They are all healthy and disease-free too, I might add.  

Damn.

Maybe I'll just chase 'em out of their yard and let the 'yotes get 'em.

Of course, they'll probably just hang around - driving my labs crazy (the shepherd mix will get a few, no doubt.)!
