I have read the updated AZ handgun laws (updated 7/1/2017), and it is not entirely clear to me what places are off limits.
Does it carry the weight of law to carry a concealed pistol in an establishment if they have "no carry" signs, but do not a locked box or some way for them to secure your weapon while there?
Does anyone know if the Odysea has lock boxes for weapons?
Thanks,
Kevdog

Concealed means concealed.

A good no print IWB holster is the way to go . I would rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6. Just don't drink and carry , and all they can do is ask you to leave if they spot it .
If it's on the REZ all bets are off .

Isn't OdySea on Tribal land?

Aquarium is on the rez, so "don't" carry there.

Afaik only state .gov buildings need to have lock boxes if posted.

Can't carry on private property if they have the No Berretta sign. Only gov facilities have to have a lockbox.

Carrying on private property (not liquor for consumption businesses)  that has the no gun signs does not immediately put you in violation of the law, correct?
I.e. I CCW into the local mall that has no gun signs and the mall security guy spots my gun (I failed ). All he can do is tell me to leave or remove the firearm - no law has been broken at this point. To refuse to leave will be a trespass violation.

It's why I carry a M&P or 1911.
