I might be selling a handgun soon. I'd much prefer to sell it local, but just in the off chance I sell it out-of-state, are there any FFL's that you know of that will ship it for me to the out-of-state FFL?

You do not have to be an FFL to ship a handgun out of state.

True, but is often a lot cheaper to use an FFL. An FFL can use USPS whereas us mere mortals must use Fedex or UPS overnight. Cost difference is immense. Even with FFL fees it'll probably be about half the cost as shipping by yourself by Fedex or UPS.

C2 will ship for you, and very affordably. I shipped a pistol to an OOS smith via UPS. 90 bucks. Use the FFL. Much cheaper.

Quentin Defense in Gilbert did it for me a few years back... all the way to Guam. Everything went smoothly, and the fee was reasonable.

Box it up. Label it with the address of the FFL it is going to. Take it to AJI and ship it.

I have used AJI on several occasions. Never an issue and extremely helpful.

Call Quentin and see if it is okay to do. But I prepaid the USPS shipping and took it to Quentin. They logged it in and shipped it out. It was $10 or so for a Glock frame and then Quentin's FFL fee ($10ish with CCW). Jason is extremely easy to work with as it everyone else I have met there. I can't recommend them enough.
