yes.  found the answer in an AZ website.  http://www.azdps.gov/Services/Concealed_Weapons/Reciprocity/

Looks like the question has been answered.

When I travel (which is rare), I've made a habit of calling the state's AG office to ask.  
That way I'm getting information directly from the source, as websites aren't always up-to-date
