Yeah, you're the type.....gung-ho; beady eyes, nerves of steel, and a desire for fame & glory (i.e. LukeDuke). No 'blading' for you; straight in to the fight staring down danger with nothing but a grenade launcher and a side arm (isn't that enough?).
Wellllllll.... At the February Freeze Fest HTF Shoot I will have not just one, but TWO grenade launchers available for all your blooping fun.  The M79 will be present, and one of my NFA Trust's newest acquisitions as well --- a M203.
As previously mentioned, I have been able to secure a full 100 round case of 40mm Target Practice Grenades at $5.00 a round. At the last shoot we went through about 70 grenades, but I was limiting everyone to 5 each so that we'd have enough to cover anyone wanting to shoot. With this quantity in hand there'll be NO LIMITS during the February shoot (Woo - Woo!). I will not mark up the ammo; you will pay exactly what I paid for it...and you will not need to pay me until we are on site in February. So please chime in here and let me know what you want (keep in mind you've got about another 6 weeks to save up the money). GSL, I've already got you down for $50.00 worth (10 rounds). Oh yeah --- and you are welcome to bring your own ammo to shoot....but it must be factory loaded 40mm and approved by me. Absolutely no hand loaded ---or other funky--- ammo; or else you may end up looking like this guy:  Or worse...like this guy: 
UPDATE: OK, so here's what I've got down so far for the indicated Grenadiers: tcatz...... 5 rounds JeredMD...... 4 rounds LikeDuke...... 10 rounds ( <----- watch it, this guy means business) Brianm602...... 6 rounds f40...... 4 rounds evilbaxter101...... 4 rounds az trooper...... "a few rounds" (whatever that means) --- I'll allocate 5 rounds to you for accounting purposes (you're free to take whatever you want `trooper) wpns462...... 5 rounds GSL...... 10 rounds stromdriver...... 4 rounds So that's about 57 grenades accounted for there. I've got plenty still available so if anyone else wants to join in the `blooping fun just post in this thread how many you want. Let's give LukeDuke a run for his money!

Also can your M60 shoot steel Wolf ammo? I ended up with 500 rnds and dont even own a gun to shoot it through? |

EE-Gads!  No-no-no-no-no!!! The 40mm ammo the Mk19 uses is loaded to entirely different pressures --- waaaaaaaaaaaay to high for the bloopers ( you'd end up looking like this: , while everyone standing within a few meters of you could end up like this: ). Sorry `Hellfish.

Man, I saw the post the other day and thought it might be a waste of my time to go...I traded my AR15 a few months ago for a 1911 in anticipation of a move to Cali this month. Well, last month, the boss, er, wife, decided to stay 2 more years. All I have now are my Mossy 500, 1911 and a Savage .22.
But the idea of blooping 5 40mms really excites me. I'll let you all know in the next day or so if I can make it.

I just moved to AZ if work, allows i'll attend the shoot.
Will have multiple cans to shoot (any major caliber up to .308) if anyone is on the fence about what they want, and a (standalone LMT pistol) m203. I don't have much ammo to bring but welcome to shoot factory ammo brought or purchased in this thread so you can rest the other 40mm present. |
