What are they saying … 4” - 6”?

Shit.  That moment when you realize you did not yet start the snow blower this year or get gas.

I’ll be back. . .

A couple things

Trying to plan something sometime soon in support of our EP friend @Y-T71. Plus, its good to make new friends. Ill try and figure something out with him and others best I can.

Secondly, its the last night shoot out in Pittsburgh on March 4. If interested, let me know I can give you the details. There will be no new night shoots until East Coast Night Shoot 2023 (which takes place in Garrettsville, OH) in November.

So, the night shoot.  When's the time to go?  If one can only make one day.  All day Saturday?   Just at night,  Or Sunday?

I’m broke as well.  Between my wife’s Amazon buying habits, Christmas, local taxes and the quarterly water bill  I’m tapped.  But I’m always up for getting out of the house to look at guns.

Good gawd.  Is that what a remodel goes for now?  How big is the kitchen?

Wife unit has been asking since we moved in eight years ago for a kitchen remodel.  She’s not liking the ‘90’s tile.  I had it pegged at $40k but that was a pre-Covid world.

Well, dang, thank you, kind sir!

Your pre-COVID estimate is right on. Average-sized 1960s house kitchen. Complete gut job to the studs and bare sub-floor. Insulation added to outer wall. New drywall installed. Removed upper soffit and a vestigial furnace chimney/wall. New high-end cabinets all the way around. Dolomite counter top all the way around. High-end 12x24 floor tiles in kitchen and foyer. New appliances. New electrical wire/boxes. Under-cabinet lighting. Bidenflation price: $67K.

I could have started a collection of low-end machine guns for that.

You’re very welcome!  Wowzer.  It looks like this house will have the 90’s tile come another 30 years.  Good thing we don’t entertain.  lol

My neighbor @cancard had the great idea to set up a Christmas break breakfast for us local yokels and said I should do it as Im the "extrovert." (If he only knew).

Im into the idea, so lets set up a breakfast for sometime the week between Christmas and New Years and get together. I dont leave my house often, the only place I know is Eat N Park, so unless someone has a better location thatll be the spot. Im off all week, lets decide on a day.
