public ranges in or near cincinatti

Can any of you suggest where I can take relatives shooting when I visit them in Cincinatti?

I prefer outdoors and this trip will be mostly pistols.

They are both indoor, but I'd recommend Point Blank or Readyline.

You can rent full auto at Readyline.

Not many outdoor places that aren't private, Spring Valley is the only one that comes to mind

Unfortunately Spring Vally ODNR or Lake Bailee are your only non-members outdoor ranges that come to mind. I'd recommend looking into Premier, ReadyLine or one of the Point Blank locations.

The pistol range at Spring Valley can be crowded on Sunday's due to CCW classes being held although they don't start until about 1 o'clock.

heading out to spring valley this afternoon

I tried looking at the other range websites mentioned... http://shootpointblank.com/point-blank-blue-ash/ is fairly close too. The URL mentioned above refers to a different business with the same name. http://www.pointblankrange.com/ is in NC.

up till now the only place I've shot in OH has been Camp Perry! (but I'll miss it this year).

How'd it go? I was at the 100 yard range until about 12:30.

Son-in-law and I signed in at 2:11 and shot 25 yds and 15 yds, it was nice and shady and quiet. The others we shared the range with were friendly.

I had forgotten ear pro and paper targets, fortunately the range had both.

left around 4-something. and realized I had forgotten to take any pictures.... all that green stuff is a big change from my usual Arizona ranges.
