Appeals court puts da smack down on CLE for stoopid anti-gun ordinances

A Cleveland gun offender registry and several gun regulations passed by city council in 2015 are unconstitutional, a three-judge panel at the Ohio Eighth District Court of Appeals declared on Thursday.

This win in the 8th district court of appeals, combined with the recent partial victory at the 9th district court of appeals against Oberlin, means it is very likely that the Ohio Supreme Court will be enjoining these cases and taking them up for statewide pro-gun case law.

Ohioans for Concealed Carry continues to keep an eye on Ohio cities to make sure they don't try to tinker with our gun rights.  When they do, we smack them down!
