Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - What Happened to Member's CCW Dad from Toledo area Police Encounter

A while back, someone's Dad was approached by LEO asking if he saw anything.  When the LEO then asked to come with him to make a statement, the Father informed the LEO that he was a CCW permit holder and that he was armed.  The LEO flipped out and arrested and roughed up the Dad.  What was the outcome of this?  It was over a year ago as I recall.

One of those things I needed to clear from my mind.
