What is the going rate for an ffl to process a transfer of a handgun in the Sacramento area?  Is it the same for a gun coming in from out of state vs a person-to-person transfer?

Thanks!

PPT is set by the State to no more than $35.

Out of state transfer is the State mandated $25 for DROS, plus whatever the shop wants to charge on top of that.

Cheapest I know of is Fairfield Pawn in Fairfield.  $45, and that is including DROS.

The Gun Range is $50 for transfer, but the wait can be long. I also use Golden State Tactical which charges $60, but since it's a home based FFL it is by appointment which means I'm in and out quickly. Just depends.

Do those prices include DROS or is that on top of them?
