Looking for a real estate agent in Chico that can help me find a rental home. Moving up there in January, will likely head up there in December to look at places and sign papers. Anyone know of someone who can assist?

There are lots of rental agencies in Chico, what are you looking for?

Ideal would be a 2 or 3 bedroom house with at least 1.5 bathrooms. Needs to be pet friendly as I have a dog. Would prefer a place that already has a washer, dryer, and fridge so I don't have to truck mine up there. Needs to be $1300/month or less.

ETA: I've found some places through property management companies but I've had good results working with agents in the past and was hoping to do so again.
