We are talking about going with friends of ours, but she is 6 months pregnant, so we can't do much hiking. Is there still enough there to fill the weekend?

I don't think so but I don't like artsy stuff.  Lots of galleries and shops up there.

If you will have a car you can drive the palms-to-pines highway.

I just moved from Hemet which is at the bottom of the mountain. There is not a lot to do there besides hike or fish at lake Hemet from what I remember. If I was going to go to the mountains for the weekend I would possibly check out Big Bear.
