Nope. If it's being imported into the state it must be on Roster.

Twenty three stamps instead of a single piece of paper with a list of serial numbers and a single stamp. And I'm just one person, imagine how much money she's wasting as the Attorney General dealing with the lives of 39 million people. I brought off-roster handguns with me. No problem registering them. |
