On a side note, my lgs has these in stock and I've been tempted to buy one. But if the new laws pass, the up side of these sorta goes away.

Thanks. ARES (in FL) will also sell direct and ship. My lgs is going to nick me for sales tax if bought out of state anyway + a $75 transfer fee. Just trying to simplify the transaction. Never count on the morons in Sacto to do the rational thing. 
Even if we do get some sensible revisions to the law I like the idea of a Fudd-looking AR.
