I still wanna try out your OLD stuff! (as last shoot was cut rather short...)

But yeah, was wondering that as well. That or wishing someone had a nice chunk of land not far away...

I shoot there twice a week, every week. The weather this time of year is great. All of the yankee transplants and snowbirds are gone so their hot air about how it's done up north really cools the place off.

However, I would recommend waiting until after we perform the improvements on Area 51. The board voted unanimously to spend $9k improving the berms and adding a pistol berm as well as drainage - ill find out this evening when the timeframe for completion is.

ETA: Dirt movement starts tomorrow 6/25

At this time ive decided not to personally book the range.
Perhaps someone else can step up and run a few shoots.
I would realy enjoy just showing up and shooting for a change.

I think it was $300 but after the last outing there was the whole insurance coverage issue and lots of drama. I think you'd have to contact them and get it from them directly. Not even sure if they're done with the rearranging and earth moving they were doing for Area 51. I'd definitely go again if someone else set it up.

Guys I've never been to one of these shoots but would be interested in going if one is setup. I have no idea what it takes to do that. Sounds like it's a PITA.

This is about as "short" as it gets:

There was an Appleseed shoot in progress on the adjacent range and supposedly one of our bullets ricocheted into that range and hit someone in the shoulder.
