One of the Certified Firearms Instruction office location is in Deland and they offer all sorts of classes as well as Private Lessons.
Just wondering if anyone has used them for any type of training.

I haven't but Bob at Signal-0.com has great classes and the best prices I have ever seen on training. 6 of us took his Advanced Carbine Course at the beginning of this year and couldn't have been happier with the training and Bob as an instructor.

He is an active member on here as well.

I have taken a couple with them to keep my armed security certification active and while what they teach isn't high speed low drag stuff it is good basic NRA/police style training and Corey Manthei, the company owner, knows her subject well.  I will take more classes with CFI if only to keep up my guard card and because they are good folks.

For the high speed stuff I like Bushido Tactical locally.  Wade Rorich is a member here and has great classes.

I have done one class with Bushido Tactical and was happy with the class and the instructor, but they use the range near Orlando and we kept getting bounced from one part of the range to the next which hindered the overall effectiveness of the training.

I just found the David Pruitt web site and will see what he has to offer as he seems to provide the type of training more in line with what I am look for at this time.
