Property attorney, if at all possible. I've been served with some papers thanks to my ex-wife, and I need a stopgap and maybe some advice to get this right.

Can't really help you out otherwise.  




Do have a good attorney that makes things like that go away, of course he's not cheap, but he's good  (good enough to make the offending party pay his fees too)
