While auction houses seem common here gun auctions seem to be non existent.

I am looking to find a good old gun auction in Florida are there any ?

Oglesby and Company Auctioneers in winter haven hasn't seemed to have had one since 2010.

the only other one I can find is
Centurion auctions

anyone ever go to these auction house? are they any good?

I've been to REAL auctions with firearms in other states but not here in Florida. Or at least not since the current owner took over Shoot Straight. SS used to have some GOOD gun auctions when Wayne owned it.  But waiting periods make auctions difficult.  The only auctions that I've seen here in Florida for YEARS now is the occasional (non-gun) auction house selling off someone's collection and their prices have been of the FAR side of stupid and ridiculous!

In Tallahassee.  They have done some large sales in the past recently their firearms have been sprinkled in with other (usually) military/historical items.

ETA I have bought from them and my experience was a professional operation.

Are you looking to liquidate a collection? If it's not huge you might want to hire a college kid to take photos and write descriptions and put them on Gunbroker. If you have a huge collection I bet Rock Island would be interested.

rock island takes 30% and is only real interested if perfect condition items.
