Miami's Public Range just raised rates again.
But it's offering discounts for LE/Corrections and Kids.
There's a County/State law against age- based price discrimination.
If the County offers discounts for Kids to encourage them to get into shooting sports, should it offer discounts for Retirees/Seniors in an effort to keep them in the game too?
Is it an issue or not?

So there is a law against charging a kid less than an adult at an all you can eat buffet?

Basically a kid isn't going to the range by themself. They are getting paid for the adult and the kid on the same lane.

Now if their rates are reasonable or not, I have no idea.

I don't see an issue with charging kids less when they are sharing a lane with an adult.  Shrug
