Could anyone give me info on the variety of forearms available for a HK94 light attachment -- I like the original HK forearm with light, but haven't been able to find any.  Any info?

The Surefire 628/328 is the most common and can be found relatively cheap. They don't play well with suppressors, so if you're going that route, then look for an LDI/Steiner foreend. It puts the light low enough to allow for a suppressor to attach. They can be exepensive, but can be found for around $100 with some patience and luck.

I like the one that's on my HK94.  There is no name or nothing on it, but I believe it to be a vintage Surefire 628 Classic:

How about your basic wide forearm and a section of Magpul picatinny rail and your favorite weapon light.  Works for me.
