So I kinda want a 16" GI, but aren't currently made. Anyone have an idea on about how much it might cost for the old one to be pressed out and an new 16" pushed in and refinished?

Alternatively, is it any easier or cheaper to get the standard barrel chopped and threaded at 16"?
