As the title says, could a semi trigger pack be registered as an SBR just like they were sometimes registered as a machinegun? Moving trigger packs host to host as long as the host it was removed from was put back into a pistol configuration when not in use. Is there a differentiation between a MG pack and a semi pack in regards to visibility of the S/N of the pack that you'd have to add?

Quoted:
Conversion devices are defined as machine guns themselves. An sbr is a firearm defined by the length of its barrel, and since the trigger pack isnt a firearm it can't be a firearm with a short bbl.
