Very, very nice. More pics please. Oh, and I may need more Kleenex. |

Yep it's a 34, I refrained from using it as typically the only people who know that term are on Hkpro, and even half of them don't know it.

Really nice HK34 you've got there! Even though I have an SBR, if someone offered this for sale, I'd buy one!

Your post on HKPro offered more details about the build. All I can say is wow you & Ghillie put forth some effort on this one, well done.
I'm confused about the receiver tho what did you start with? If you're still looking for a 16" MKE barrel give me a shout. |

I figured the people over at HKpro would be far more interested in the nitty gritty of the build than the people of AR15. The receiver was/is just a normal LSC MP5 flat, Ghillie did the bending. |

Maybe well worth emailing or posting a pic on H&K USA's facebook. They wont make or import them, but nice to show off your piece.
Nicely done and has a great look to it! |

The wood on that guns looks awesome I always like the Retro look, we had Vector builds a similar format rifle for us with black poly , The wood looks much nicer though. http://www.atlanticfirearms.com/images/stories/virtuemart/product/v94l.jpg http://www.atlanticfirearms.com/images/stories/virtuemart/product/v94l3.jpg View Quote Have or had? Very interested. |

I always really liked the way the 53 looked.
Not a fan of the old school HK wood, but i can appreciate it. |

bgenlvtex We still offer the Vector Arms 94L rifles , it is a sweet shooter & has a slightly Heavier profile barrel that increases the accuracy . http://youtu.be/P2gUHoe8OUs View Quote I wouldn't think that a heavy profile barrel would really be the best design choice for a 9mm carbine. One of the benefits of the roller locked 9mms is that they're lighter than blowback rifles due to the required weight of the blowback bolts, the heavy barrel negates that advantage. |

That is a great concept and beautiful execution, very nice. Now I have to add another one to the list :)

Yes, however you will have to modify the hand guard to fit a 93 length, change the mounting plate on the butt stock to a one hole variant, and swap the lower for a steel one.

Made by Dakota Tactical.
Mint HK94 barrel and sight tree. LSC flat. BCG is RCM IT Just works period end of story. The only problem I have ever had was a weak trigger spring. It wouldn't reset. Replaced and never looked back. |

I want one.
OP: I'd be really interested in seeing some accuracy groups fired. Say, 5 shot groups, 5 groups at 50 meters would really be interesting. I've always been curious about something like this and you have really done a topnotch job with yours! I had a Marlin Camp Gun once upon a time................ Who says there is no such thing as purgatory!!! LOL. |

View Quote I would love to give you some more accuracy type groups, however I am currently limited to a 25 meter range, and I pretty much have to do standing position on that. Now, while I am very proud of this rifle it does have some issues that I am not pleased with, mostly they where due to the way the build process happened where we kept layering machining operations on to it without a properly thought out plan. Now I am building a second one that should be completed in the next few months or so, which will be built slightly differently and should not have the same problems. |
