Thanks guys! I think the K vs. the SD comes down to the answer to a question you have to ask yourself. "Do I want my MP5 to be as quiet as possible?" If the answer is yes, get the SD. Otherwise, the K is probably the most practical. It's so compact, especially with an Omega 9K mounted on the front instead of that Octane .45 I have. Well, for the next two months anyway.

I ensured that I drilled far enough forward to reach the furthest bolt straight on and the second bolt could be reached running the allen wrench through the front hand guard pin hole. Farther forward is also easier to hit with your thumb. As my HD gun whose most likely use is at night its the bees knees. I've lugged AR15s around most of my adult life but for some reason this little thing is more intuitive to point shoot. Its boring accurate at intended ranges.
