Yes. The Canadian Pattern 82 system has pouches for the 30-round magazines of the LMG version of the FAL, as well as pouches for the normal 20-round magazines.
The "problem" with the Pattern 82 pouches -- if you can call it that -- is that they use a proprietary attachment method, similar to the German 1980's Flecktarn equipment. You can modify these attachment points, or simply go whole hog with the complete Pattern 82 harness. It's not a bad system, even if a bit "retro" looking.

They have a Velcro strap which allows attachment to most belts (including every U.S.-issue equipment belt). Also, the plastic part, with care (and with resulting destruction of the plastic part), can be removed, which also allows for use of ALICE clips. These clips in turn can be used with MOLLE adapters, allowing for these pouches to be used with MOLLE gear, although I imagine that something similar could be made that is designed to adapt the Canadian system to MOLLE. Some people have also cut the Velcro strap so that it becomes multiple straps, sized so that they can be used to attach to MOLLE webbing (although I'm not sure how secure that would be).
I use the 20-round pouches with my rig, which is a mixture of M1967, ALICE, and M1956 components.
