The Greek stuff the CMP sells is $180 a can. 240 rds. LC is worth more. |

FWIW, LC69 has been verified as having a slower MV than standard M2 loads. So in some regards it is less valuable than other LC M2.

For non-retail sourced ball? Anywhere between $0.50-$0.80/shot.
Most people view it as better than Greek, because it's US Made. I'm not most people. Personally, I don't really care for LC69. M2 ball is kind of crappy ammo to start with, and LC69 has weak velocity and off-center flash holes most of the time. |

Folklore indicates this ammo is ARVN-loaded to reduce recoil for lightweight regional Vietnamese troops we were arming at the time. May or not be true but it's a good story and were were shipping boatloads of M2 Ball to RVN at the time. But the Army National Guard was still armed with the M1 into the 1970s...

HXP is a better value and reloads well. More accurate than my boxed LC too. |
