People have been known to modify their rifles . . . . from time to time before.

No this was a factory rifle it was in a magazine about 7 years ago. The article was called the mighty mini. On the front page was a Police Officer holding the rifle in question. I know I saw them on ruger website.

Many police forces bought Minis and then had their Armorers modify them to a department standard. Ruger did make some special built to spec versions for various agencies like the French police version with their 'M1 Carbine like' stock but most were never made available to the public.

This is a gb. Short for Government Barrel. Except op said what he saw didn't have the flash suppressor or bayo lug. Spill the beans op! Where's the link? |
