Curious how well this runs. Is it better gas wise than a 7.5"
Looking for an alternative upper for my 300BLK SBR.

I have one set up as a pistol. So far, with 55 grain FMJ, it has been 100%. Only has a couple hundred rounds through it though.

I run one with 55 gr as well. No problems other than loud as hell.

Mine was challenging to get to run. I've never run shorter than a 8.5" so I cannot speak to the 7" or 7.5". Here is my video where I pull my hair out to get it running.
Testing It has become my favorite after tweaking it with a semi auto BCG, o-ring / extractor upgrade and a heavier buffer. Here is my video reviewing it. Review Hope it helps. |
