It looks like it'll be a hoot to shoot! Looking forward to the range report.

So you pull the pistol out and it's no longer considered an SBR, correct?

You could carry it as a CCW?

I think you're correct. The pistol version has the brace and it cannot have the mag storage/front grip.

So you need a stamp for this?

You'd be converting your glock into a SBR. Yes.

That is correct. The Gen 4 Glock 19 host pistol is indeed a registered SBR. The Roni can be had with brace, in lieu of stock, to retain the title 1 pistol configuration. Initial handling of the unit shows that it's fairly robust for what it is. The Glock locks in very tightly. During the range tests I'll pull the handgun from the chassis and see what kind of POI changes I get. There are limited options for the Gen 4 Glocks with respect to stocks/chassis so I was excited to see this next gen Roni finally arrive. I'll post some additional pictures of the unboxing and transition from pistol to chassis this evening.

That's awesome.

Is that vertical foregrip piece removeable if I were to try a pistol brace on it?

The forward pistol grip/magazine storage location is not removable. The Micro Roni is also sold with a brace and a modified for-end grip area making it a pistol only when loaded with the GLock.

Can a suppressor be used, say an Evo 9 for example?

The install looks easy. How does the barrel work in there? Is that just a shroud on the Roni?

Not enough clearance for a can. I'm not sure why CAA wen this route other than you have a lot more movement in a can, on a tilting browning action, that must be accommodated. I bought it as a little PDW and have found that my fixed barrel 9mm get all the suppressor play.

Just a shroud. The round gets some air time between the end of the barrel and traveling through the shroud. We'll see what kind of carbon build up I get in that forward area over time.

I sent mine back! I did not feel like the quality was what I expected.
The promised suppressor ready was not there, and the front
magazine holder is FRICTION  fit and did not latch the mag.
The fit of the part on top of the slide was shoddy and not concentric.
Over all I was VERY disappointed.
YMMV.

Interesting. I wonder if they made gen changes. The forward mag holder is MOST definitely a snap in on my example. You're not pulling that mag out without a significant engagement on the mag catch at that location. The rest of my rig is straight and GTG. Any pics of your Micro Roni that may indicate they made changes???
