I ordered the trust paperwork from 199trust.com to make an SBR. The paperwork has been filled out completely and has been notarized. Do I need to submit the paperwork to make it legal? Obviously, I need make some copies and keep the original in my safe and copies with any future NFA items, but do I need to do anything else with the trust paperwork other than send a couple of copies in with the SBR form? Thanks for your help---Chris

Depends on your state.  Some states require that they be registered by the state (not sure of the process) since in my state there is no such requirement.

I am in Florda as well and you are good to go once your trust is notarized. I keep a hard copy in he safe that I have added all my NFA items on the schedule a and keep a a PDF of the notarized trust on my laptop and always send that one in with the blank schedule a form.

Make sure you scan in your notarized copy to send to the atf.  I made that mistake on my first submission.  I scanned everything in on my iPhone using the genius scan app and turned it into a pdf file.
