Have you checked out Yankee hill machine?

1.8" inside diameter. Available in quad rail, M-Lok, and Keymod. You can purchase the BAR barrel nut to go on a standard receiver, you don't have to have an Aero enhanced upper. |

I think you'll be happy with it. I've got 2 of the 12" regular ones on my non-SBRs and a 9" Keymod one on my SBR. They look good and feel great in the hand.
