Is the control number an E-file thing? View Quote Yes, I do believe so. Also with e-file, you do not receive a physical stamp, you will print it so you don't have to worry about it getting destroyed, wet etc. Has anyone else had issues with e-files being down over the weekend and today? |

Might be for everybody but if you don't e-file there is no way to access it.

I'm planning on running on a spec war 762 for mines. It heavy mother but it does a great job at suppressing. Not just the sound but the recoil and muzzle flash. I thinking I buying the MAAD brake for a night and day feel. |

Why are people posting "still waiting"? The purpose of the thread is to indicate how long it took until the stamp was received.

Agreed. People need to post after approved. Pointless before View Quote Right on. I check this thread and would like to see a chronological order of approvals. It makes no sense that people would go back through prior pages to see updated posts. BTW I submitted two on 6/30/16 nothing yet yuck yuck. |

View Quote I'll be 9 months this Friday on a few and they keep saying "about another month" when I call so yeah I'd say that's probably more accurate than the "8 months" automated message. Some seem to have done better though. |

I called the ATF help line and was told to send an email to [email protected]; indicate what the problem is, ask for a corrected Form 1, and include your permit / control #. I had a new Form 1 sans the watermark in about 48 hours.
You can also use the "Ask the Expert" function if you're logged into Eforms to start the process. That is also a typically fast response. |

I suspect they created a new email to handle situations like this for better CS instead of dumping everything into one mailbox and sorting through it. |
