E-filed on 06-25-16, got the approval email today. Only 248 days!
They did not batch approve the other form 1 I am waiting on though. Hang in there fellas. |

I am very interested to see how much the wait time changes once they get through the pre-41F pile. It may get down to a short wait compared to what we are used to.

While we do have people reporting 6/25 submissions being returned, I still have a 6/23 efile submission still in process, and I know a friend who is still waiting on a 6/19 efile submission. So there's a good bit of range to this log jam, and with all the last minute ones sent the last week or so before 41f, I'm not even gonna try to speculate how much longer it'll take to clear the pre 41f forms, efile or otherwise. |

It wasn't completely down, my guy only charges like $30 to do the legwork. It took him the better part of a day to get my 7/10 submission through. That was money well spent.
I did feel bad for him though. |

Best I can figure, they get distributed to the various examiners in some semblance of order, but from there you're at the mercy of the processing speed of the examiner that gets your form added to their stack. Some work faster than others. |

Finally got my first ever 2 stamps back! Only regret was not submitting more before efile.. oh well.
