Day 105 and still stalking the mail carrier. Anyone know how they mail it to you? USPS, UPS, Fedex?

Im assuming you are referencing your F1 stamp, and if so you all you need to do is print your stamp from the email confirmation you will,get from the ATF. There will be no usps mailed stamp coming so stop stalking letter carrier before they take out a restraining order.

Hey guys, I'm trying to be patient here, and this is my first request for stamps, so bear with me. I efiled on 1/30 so I know I've probably got a few more weeks yet to go. But I checked online this morning and the "internal control number" field is still blank.
Does this mean they have not started looking at my request? Should I be worried? I've done some reading and the online site does show "permit number" and "submitted" date, so I think I fully completed the process and I just have to be patient, but wanted to ask. I read another post where a guy didn't fully funish the process and was waiting, and didn't realize, so this had me nervous, if my request hasn't even been looked at yet. Sorry for the newb shakes. |

Internal control number is something you would've provided when filling out the application. (I'd guess most people leave it blank)
The Permit Number is assigned once the form is actually submitted (which may not be when you hit Submit, in the instances when it went Pending Research instead). That number is what shows up as Control Number in the emails and at the very top of the form...and is not the same as the Internal Control Number. |
