So my Form 1 was approved on the 24th of December. And it still hasn't made it to the mail box. I know it could take some time, but I'm wondering at what point should I be getting ready to call the ATF about it.

lets hope so, my suppressor approval to mail box was a mere 5 days. Thats what has me worried.

Disapproved: 1/11/16 (Reason for Disapproval: PLEASE RESUBMIT WITH MODEL NAME ENGRAVED ON LOWER RECEIVER (N4). REFUND IN PROCESS)

I used the drop down selection on the eform, and selected "N4GEN2", when I should have selected just the "N4" one

... I guess it's time to refile & email Ted and cross my fingers.

Negative, didn't see that option and when I talked to them about re-submitting it wasn't mentioned. Wouldn't hurt to do that now as it might speed up the wait. Somehow I ended up deleting the original submission on my login so only the second shows up. I should have my emails though, Do you have a link or an email address?

Second attempt denied, first took approx. 3mth and was rejected because of inconsistent naming in the Trust. This reason was, eform withdrawn, eform received incomplete, system issue unknown, we suggest you re-apply - refund in process. Not sure what to think on that one. As far as I can tell I followed the same process and uploaded the same way, using the corrected Trust doc.

Round 3 coming up.

Replied to the email and received a prompt reply. Somehow (most likely user error) the Trust Name wasn't present on the forms. I was given instruction to re-apply and send the new permit number.

So here's to the 3rd attempt.

Isn't this where you select the Manufacturer and their model?

Manufacturer is Umbrella Corp. The model of their lowers are AR-15. That's what's engraved on it right above the serial number.

i filed my sbr, on july 15th, 2015, approved nov 14, 2015. 4 month wait time for me.....

i did a suppressor aug 1st, 2015, it was approved jan 14th,2016, so, 5.5 months for it.

i filed another suppressor approx 2 weeks ago....and i have two back ordered.... as well as 2 lowers just back from engraving, ( planning to get at least 1 more engraved) i will be filing to sbr those between now and july, ( basically file on one a month) ... as i can afford it. i pretty much blew my entire 2016 gun budget in the last 2 weeks.

Usually. Some say they never see it...not sure if it's a spam filter issue or not. I've gotten the email (with approved form attached) for every one of mine...which is a sample size of a dozen or so.

I submitted two Form 1s on 9/25. They both came back today, one approved and one disapproved. I submitted a corrected one and emailed Ted Cutter. Hopefully it get approved in the next couple days.
