Two back in one day last week:

Both Form 1 Trust:

First one came back with no stamp and watermark - took about 24 hours to correct. Second one was fine.

How long must we wait between the approval email and receiving the physical Form 1 with Tax Stamp in the mail? Knowing I have been approved is nice and all, but until I get the actual Tax Stamp I cannot proceed with getting my lower engraved and assembling my SBR. I have a friend that has had four approvals email notifications, the first of which was well over a month ago, closer to two months. He still has yet to receive the physical Tax Stamp in the mail.

Print out the PDF attached to the email. That is your stamp. They are never going to send you a paper version if you did it online.

On that note, I printed out 2 today from 7/10/16. Hopefully the 3rd will show up in my inbox tomorrow.

Both emails from ATF went to junkmail but happened to check ATF site today and 2 of 3 approved. The last one was also submitted 7/10 but went to investigation for 2 days and shows actual submission date of 7/12 and 700ish #'s later then last one from above...hopefully next week for our first HK SBR.

You get alerted by email but approved form with stamp is located in ATFonline...click on the EYE

Thanks, yeah I did that right away. Just didn't see the PDF attachment he mentioned.

So all I need to do with it is print it out right? Don't need to fill anything else out?

The attachments don't appear on my iPhone, if you're using a mobile device try a computer.

As mentioned above, the PDF doesn't show up on the default Mail app on an iDevice. However, if you log into webmail from a browser, you'll see it's there. The other option is to get it out of eForms as you apparently did.

How long have the eFile Form 1's been down? Anyone know what the deal is with that?

I was going to do another SBR only to find out you can't do Form 1's online now.

I did forward it to another email and included the attachment, still didn't show when opening it on the computer.

It's weird that on page 2, there is a lot of blanks. I guess the approval signature is all that matters, right?

not sure on the forwarding...but if you'd just open Safari and log into webmail instead, it should be there.

A paper form would've been blank on page 2 as well, assuming you followed the directions. You were never prompted for all the yes/no questions because they weren't required for applications by an entity (and entities were the only submissions allowed in eForms)

My last approvals control number is only 40 away from the next-Last approval was Wednesday afternoon still waiting on the next, last two are over 3k away as far as control numbers go

The last one I did was approved on July 4th. And it was in 2015 when there was absolutely no rush at all and wait times were 2-3 months at the most.

I got four stamps back yesterday. Two form 1's mailed July 7th, two form 4's mailed the same day. The form 4's are at my dealer obviously. Now I'm just waiting on the fifth stamp I mailed that day. I figured one would be late, they took an extra couple of weeks to cash the last check.
