Looks like I'm getting close then. My original guess of it being a Christmas present to myself may turn out to be right. My first NFA stuff, SBR and F1 suppressor to go with it and about half my other rifles once I get them threaded or their muzzle devices changed. Starting to get a bit excited, particularly now that I'm not so worried about burning up the ammo/reloading supplies with a new toy.

Good afternoon!
Has anyone with a paper form 1 and mid-April cashed check received a stamp yet? Hadn't heard anything back yet (e.g., revise, reject, or approve) and running on 210 days. Normal? Thanks for your time and input. Killy |

I sent 11 form 1's in a bundle on the deadline day for 41f. I had a call today from the ATF(Jennifer Snyder) that was reviewing my forms and needed a photo of one of the lowers. Odd...but, she said she was not familiar with the company and could not find the serial #...still odd. Anyway, she said, they all should be stamped within 45 days or so.
For those wondering, sounds like they are on about 5.5 month turnaround average by my math. |

that does seem like a waste of time considering they are still on March for F4s.

I sent in my paperwork last friday (11/4) and they ran my CC on 11/9. The wait begins

Submitted my form 1 on 5/28 and it was disproved for a serial number mistake so I had to resubmit on 6/21. I am still holding out hope I will hear back by Christmas, but it's not a big deal. I am hoping to have my cans form 4s approved shortly though!

Efiled 2 form 1 for cans on 5-17 and I haven't heard anything yet.

View Quote I'm in the same boat as you , 5/31 check cashed on paper form 1 . I thought the paper forms would go quicker than efile due to less being submitted . Does anyone know if they have people dedicated to paper form 1's or are they all heaped into one pile ? |

4 SBR/SBS approvals on 10 November.
All E-filed with a trust from 13 to 20 May. |

Just got one of my eF1s (458 can) back...unfortunately I did NOT get a batch approval for the other 5 I have pending.

I got one of my 5/11 SBR's this morning.
The other 5/11 SBR has had no action. It's sitting in the pending folder with another one from 6/6. Edit- EFile. CHRIS |

I submitted mine in June. I never called to check pending. Is it worthwhile or should I just sit tight?

No, but it sure seems that suppressors will be taken off the tax list. Bill is already drawn up and waiting. |
