I currently have a 7.5in 300blk SBR with a standard milspec trigger.
Personally the trigger feels fine to me but I always see people talking about these aftermarket ones.

I was curious as to which triggers you guys are using in your SBRs

What type of triggers are good for SBR use?

I am a fan of cmc flat 3.5lb triggers and use a few of those.

I always thought it was ok too since that's what I've trained and used for 20 years now, but...

I haven't bucked up and tried one of these expensive ones, but the ALG QMS trigger feels noticeably better to me, I have them in 3 weapons now, 1 is still milspec.  In one rifle I've been trying it with the JP 4.5lb spring kit and I cut the tail off the hammer of the QMS.  I doubt it's anywhere near the level of these really fancy triggers, but for the money it's worlds better than a milspec and does it's job nicely.

Really Happy with the Super 3 guns, also for more cost effective I use the ALG's

If you are using it for HD, Bill G recommends nothing lighter than an SSA.  That is what is in my .300 SBR.

I thought the same thing about the trigger felling fine until I tried a Geissele SSA-E. Now I have one in every rifle I own.

My SBR 5.56 is used for HD with that trigger also. My HD setup is the same setup I train with in all my rifles.

I put an SSA-E in my 300blk that got via AAC's rebate. I like it, but I'm hesitant to put on in my other two ARs due to cost. The difference is pretty huge though, I just cant come up with the cash at this point.

I've got SSA's, Super 3-guns with the gold spring, and Super Tricon's in my SBR's.  Have a couple ALG's as well.  SSA is hard to beat for a general purpose excellent trigger.

A Super Tricon is in my HD SBR.

Geissele. Period. There is none better. You can pick your flavor but there is nothing on the market that comes close to their feel with their level of durability.

I run mostly SSA-Es but I want to get my hands on a S3G.

I have a sd-e in my seekins AR but feel it's a little light for home defense duty. My ssa's and g2s's are light and crisp without Being too light for HD.  But I have about 6 geiselle triggers in my ar's and an extra Geissele that I have on standby for when I figure out what to build next. Like others have said, it's hard to beat them. Some may be lighter but none are more durable.

My next trigger will be one of thier 3 gun triggers since I don't currently have a single stage trigger. Going to build a rifle around that once I decide on caliber, barrel, and lower....

Geissele G2S in both my DD 10.3" SBR and BCM 16" middy. Huge improvement over a milspec trigger and didn't see the point in spending more for the SSA when they have the exact same feel.

Have the SSA-E in my first rifle

SD-E is going in the SBR (Yet to be Born)

We'll see if I like the flat or curve better

I run an SD-C in my 8" 300 Blk and a Timney 3.5lb in my 9mm sbr.

The SD-C was my first flat bow trigger and i gotta admit that i like it alot. I have an SSA-E in my 6.8 that is fantastic as well.  Can't go wrong with Geissele.

The timney is great in the 9mm, all I use it for is plinking though.
