I named my trust "NFA Trust"!  Any concern with the odd chance someone else in my town uses the same thing? And even if they did is that a problem?

I asked the lawyer who did my trust this question and he said it didn't matter if someone else had the same name for their trust.

There are thousands of trusts out there with the same name. You just need proof that your item belongs to a trust of that name that have your name on that trust.
