I'm not a fan of keymod, so I think I'm going with the Seekins SAR over my Octane 45 HD. (Even after our CS conversation, Engineer).
I don't think the SAR will fit over a can. The BAR will, however.
It lists the ID as 1.5". Too close?
I think so. I'll check when I get home and post here

It will fit, but thats damn close. Thats a .125 difference, or 1/8 inch. BUT thats diameter. Lets think about radius to find the real distance between suppressor and rail.
Radius of rail = .75" or 3/4 inch
Radius of suppressor = .6875" or 11/16.
3/4 - 11/16 = 1/16
1/16"
Of coarse we can find it by simply dividing the diameter difference by 2..
That rail is going to get hot quick and you are not going to be able to attach anything to it. Better get some welding gloves.
They will probably bang against each other too if they are both perfectly machined, and certainly touching if anything is off at all.
